Provide advice and assistance on HR policy and processes including:

  • Organizational development and changes
  • Recruitment and selection
  • New hires
  • Redundancies and Retrenchments
  • Coordination of Aid Donor funded scholarships proposals

Gender Equity and Social Inclusion Policy - Implementation

Provide advice on learning and development approaches to build GESI capacity and capability throughout the public service.

Research, Identify and Coordinate GESI initiatives and mainstreaming

Training of Male Advocacy Network (MAN)

Identify and implement strategies to support women in leadership roles

Oversee agency focal points and networks.

Contract Management - Technical Assistance and Non - Citizen Contracts

Establish mechanism to implement Regulations

Monitor on Report on Contracts
